Online access allows any patient of the Practice to order repeat medication and view some parts of their Medical Record online. In addition, if you are a parent of a child aged under 16 or a registered carer for a relative you may be able to apply for proxy access on your child or the person you are caring for.

To request online access please click the Patient Access Consent Form tab on the Home Page and complete and submit the form. The Practice will review the application and aim to enable online services within 5 working days.

Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 we are unable to allow routine appointments to be booked via online access.
