Dr Sharma's Practice has performed well in the latest National GP Survey.

Practice performance is better than both national and local scores for:

• patients being able to see a doctor of their choice
• patient waiting times
• explanations given to patients be doctors
• quality of reception staff
• ease of contacting the Practice
• satisfaction with Practice opening hours.

The Practice is continuously seeking to improve services and we will use these results to assist us in planning for the future.
